I have to say that ECP Auto Service is without question an auto repair shop that clearly personifies what professionalism is supposed to be. I want to personally give Frank a direct review, because he not only runs a great auto repair shop. But he is an outstanding mechanic and has a great team of mechanic as well. Let me give you a little background about why I speak so highly of Frank, who owns and runs ECP Auto Service. I first came to him several months ago with a 2006 Impala SS V8 with a 5.3 Liter engine. This car is a monster regarding power. The car was a reck after someone ran a stop sign and hit me at a high speed. I thought my car was damaged beyond repair. See photo attached below The car wasn’t starting. I had three different people try to jump start the battery. Even AAA tried using its Mobile jumped starter. But that didn’t work either. So I spoke to Frank over the phone and he told me to have the car tolled to his shop. Once I got to Frank’s shop. Frank got into the car turned the key and of course, the car didn’t start. He got out of the car. Looked under the hood at the engine. He walked back into his shop and came out with a mobile battery jump starter. Within

I needed a valve cover gasket replacement for my engine and this is the only place that I trusted to get the job done. I didn’t have to wait for an appointment months and months down the road so to speak, they took me right away. They are very knowledgeable when it comes to any car. They did a great job. My car runs like new and I love the fact that they don’t try to cheat this girl out of her money. They’re very respectful and reasonable when it comes to pricing. Thanks again guys.

Some people call me Coach Hanif or Coach Rico. But my real name is M. Eldridge. I had to post this review of ECP Auto Service, because it is the most professional, reliable, honest and reasonable pricing for repair services I have "EVER SEEN." The owner Frank is a very polite person, who always makes time to interact with customers. But he is also a very busy man. Working with his specialized mechanics team, in order for them to operate like a well oiled machine. He listens very carefully to each customer as they explain what mechanical problems they are having with their vehicles. Then I watched him several times in the couple of days while at his shop. Start visually investigating what the problem could be on whatever car came through the service station. Then if necessary he would perform a diagnostics test to locate the exact problem that needed to be fixed. I then watched him and his team of mechanics with a limited but reasonable amount of time, locate the exact problem and make the necessary repairs. I was amazed, because they knew exactly what they were doing and before you knew it the car had been repaired and on its way out of the shop. Every customer was happy and e
